Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We use them sparingly, and only non-essential cookies require your consent. You can review or change your choices any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Strictly necessary cookies (always on). These keep the site secure and working — for example a session/security cookie set only where a secure session is in use, and the consent cookie “hanova_consent”, which remembers your cookie choices for about six months. The site cannot function correctly without these, so they do not require consent.

Preference storage. Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your browser’s local storage, not a cookie, and is never sent to us or to third parties.

Analytics cookies (off until you allow them). We do not currently run third-party analytics. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, those cookies will only be set after you opt in via the consent banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Marketing cookies (off until you allow them). We do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies. Should this ever change, such cookies would only be set with your explicit consent.

Managing cookies. Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer to accept, reject or fine-tune non-essential cookies, or to withdraw consent. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
